We’ve been working on creating a blend that is effortlessly enjoyable, the perfect start to any day, that you can brew in any filter coffee brewer. Be it a V60, an Aeropress or a little batch brewer – this is coffee that is both sweet and complex, and reliably wonderful

The Filter Blend

We find picking, choosing and exploring the most fun part about coffee, but sometimes, you just want that delicious brew without having to think too much about what it should be.

If you’re familiar with our Red Brick espresso then you’ll understand how we approach blends. Clean, balanced and medium-bodied; a kind, welcoming coffee to wake-up to, The Filter Blend offers all-day every-day sipping and embodies all we love about speciality coffee.

Encapsulating our vision, the very first iteration of the blend is composed of two Colombian components. Building on existing foundations we selected El Meridiano, a Square Mile classic and long-term supply partner. To bring in the new, we paired it with Caicedo, an impressive lot produced within Antioquia, a region of Colombia we’ve never sourced from before. With Caicedo’s bright, fruity acidity against the soft base of El Maridiano’s classic profile, we’ve created the perfect blend for easy-drinking, all-day joy.

Available for the next 8 to 10 weeks, The Filter Blend will run on the same seasonal basis as our Red Brick and Sweetshop blends, with components changing every 10 – 12 weeks.
