Christmas and new year delivery

Leading into the festive period, we wanted to make you all aware of the important dates for online orders placed with us here at Square Mile.

If you’d like your order to arrive to a UK address before Christmas, we’re recommending that you place it on or before Sunday the 18th of December. This will allow us to roast and ship your order on Monday the 19th, giving Royal Mail the best chance of making delivery before Christmas Day.

Coffee orders placed after the 18th will roast and ship on Thursday the 22nd of December, which means that these orders are unlikely to arrive before Christmas day. Note that this is the case regardless of whether you select our ‘tracked shipping’ option or not.

Some orders placed after the 18th, specifically those that qualify for our daily shipping scheme, may be dispatched in time to arrive before the 25th, but again, we’d recommend ordering as early as possible to give your package the best chance of arriving on time, given the volume of packages Royal Mail will be shipping during the period.

The roastery will be completely closed from the 24th of December until the 2nd of January, and orders placed during this time will be fulfilled on Thursday the 5th of January, which is our first roast day of the new year.

We hope that’s all clear, but if you have any specific questions about an order, or need clarification on any of the above, don’t hesitate to get in touch by emailing us on info@squaremilecoffee.com

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
