SCAA Campus Inspector Training

We’re very excited to be hosting an SCAA Campus Inspector Credential Training and Testing on May 10th and 11th!

The SCAA have a great network of certified teaching labs around the world, and in order to inspect these labs and ensure they meet their rigorous standards, they also need a network of lab inspectors.

To sign up for the training you need to meet these minimum requirements:

  1. At least five years in the coffee industry
  2. Q grader and/or Coffee Tasters Certificate complete through Module 2
  3. Not affiliated with a currently or previously certified SCAA Teaching Laboratoy

The two day course and hands on testing will be held here at our roastery at 8 Pritchards Road, London E2 9AP, from 8am ”“ 5pm on May 10th and 8am ”“ 2pm on May 11th. The course will be taught by SCAA Coffee Science Manager Emma Sage.

Anette Moldvaer

Anette Moldvaer is the co-founder and green coffee buyer of Square Mile Coffee Roasters. Since starting as a barista in Norway 18 years ago she has worked in imports, education, training, cupping and roasting. She is a World Cup Tasting Champion, an international coffee judge and the author of "Coffee Obsession”.
