I just returned to London after having the pleasure of judging at the El Salvador Cup of Excellence in San Salvador. Across a week of cupping, the international jury chose 25 coffees of the 51 presented with, to go forward to this year’s auction.
It was great to see old and new friends, producers we’ve worked with in the past as well as producers we will be working with this year for the first time.
